Media

Accreditation is required for all HJK home matches. For Veikkausliiga matches, accreditation closes 24 hours before kick-off. Approved accreditation is always confirmed in writing. HJK reserves the right to decide who receives accreditation. We cannot guarantee approved accreditation for everyone who applies.

Entrance to Bolt Arena is through the MEDIA door (Urheilukatu 5, street level). The door opens 45 minutes before kick-off and closes at kick-off. Exception: in National League and Women’s Finnish Cup matches, media access begins one hour before kick-off and ends 30 minutes before kick-off. Reporters are directed upstairs to the press stand, photographers downstairs via the back corridor to the workspace and then to pitch level. Dedicated media working areas are available at the stadium. Written media have a dedicated press stand in the upper stand at Bolt Arena and workspaces below it. Photographers have dedicated areas at pitch level. The spaces remain available after the match. Media must stay in designated work areas. Photographers are not allowed to move from pitch level to the stands, and a press card does not grant access outside the media stand or specifically marked media areas without a separate ticket. After the match, player interviews take place in the mixed zone on the lower level of the stadium. Coaches’ press conferences are also held after the match on the lower level, near the mixed zone area, where media can also continue working after the match. Training sessions may only be filmed with HJK’s permission. Filming must be agreed with HJK Media. The following rules must be followed:

• filming is allowed only from the sideline
• entering the field area is not allowed
• a minimum safety distance of 10 m must be kept from the nearest players in training
• if a coach or other HJK representative asks you to move, the request must be followed immediately
